KUDOS

Henri attended his pack Blue and Gold Ceremony. He bridged from Cub Scout to Boy Scout. His new Troop welcomed him in and he was awarded The Arrow of Light.

cubscouts
KUDOS to our OLL Cub Scouts who  won at the Pinewood Derby last night. Johnny won 1st place in the "Gold Heat" and Daniel won "most colorful car". They are in Cub Scout pack 279.

KUDOS to Zoe Nolde who along with her mom
believes that community service begins in your own community, so they decided to gather donated books, wrap and deliver them to St Paul's Church in North Babylon and the children at Good Samaritan Hospital in West Islip. Many of our children who live in North Babylon go to Good Sam for medical needs. It is Zoe's vision that every child within our community who might not be home for the holidays or have fallen upon difficult times have a present to open this Christmas. I'm sure the children will be overjoyed with appreciation!

KUDOS to Mrs. McKeon who stopped to help Mrs. Sweeney on the side of the parkway because she saw the "OLL" sticker on the back of her car!!!!

Just in time for Thanksgiving Keira Rodriguez dropped off the diaper bags she put together for the NICU families at Good Samaritan Hospital. This is her second year. Keira used all the money she earned doing extra chores throughout the summer to help fund the bags and all the goodies inside them. She likes the feeling of giving hope to the NICU families and putting smiles on the faces of others.
